Spokane Public Radio recently spotlighted Andégo's cultural exchange program in the Pacific Northwest.
This April, Andégo hosted over 100 French high school students in homes and schools throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Students from Paris and Annecy France arrived in in Spokane, Seattle, and Oregon the second week of April, and moved in with local families for several weeks. To fully integrate into the PNW, they shadowed their "host-siblings" in local high school classrooms, where they received an authentic US experience with language teachers and classmates.
Doug Nadvornick with Spokane Public Radio recently interviewed Andégo founder Robert Zenk about his PNW cultural immersion program. Doug also spoke to French students about how they were adjusting to Spokane schools specifically.
The interview aired on Spokane Public Radio's "Inland Journal Public Affairs Program" on April 23rd.
