Payment & Refund Policy:

• All payments must be received by the due dates above unless an alternate written schedule is approved.

• Balances unpaid after 10 calendar days past the due date will incur a 1.5% monthly late fee (18% per annum).

• Participants may not depart unless the program fee is paid in full.

• We do not prorate or discount the fee if the departure is delayed due to visa, travel, or regulatory issues.

• All programs, prices, and travel dates are subject to change without notice.

• If a payment date falls on a weekend, the payment is due the next business day.

Refund Policy:

Because the homestay program requires extensive coordination with schools, host families, and travel providers, cancellations are difficult to accommodate and may incur fees:

• Cancel more than 90 days before departure: Full refund minus the $300 non-refundable deposit.

• Cancel within 60–90 days of departure: 50% of the program fee is owed in addition to non-recoverable supplier fees.

• Cancel within 30–59 days of departure: 75% of the program fee is owed in addition to non-recoverable supplier fees.

• Cancel within 30 days of departure: The entirety of the program fee is owed to Andégo.
  
  

Once the participant has departed the program, no refunds will be issued due to withdrawal, early return, or dismissal for disciplinary reasons.
